Both current and new Fellows can earn a scholarship of at least $10,000. These scholarships ensure that we continue to support our Fellows, helping them successfully launch their careers in fashion.

The development of programming that connects young underrepresented students, including those outside of the Fellows coursework, to the Fashion industry at large. Programming includes lectures by industry leaders, panel discussions, and educational fairs.

The engagement of industry professionals in Design, Merchandising, Technical Design and Publishing to offer sustainable mentor support to all CWC Fellows as they progress from Pre-College through college applications, undergraduate education and into the marketplace.

The connection of students with employers at the Pre-College and College level for internships to provide relevant experience and connecting them to potential full-time job opportunities.
