PRE-COLLEGE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
The recruitment of CWC Fellows, young Black Design talent, for Pre-College Summer Programs at top schools nationwide, all subsidized with funding from CWC. The amplification and development of Pre-College Summer Programs at top schools with CWC funding.

 
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS
The provision of college scholarships to CWC Fellows to alleviate the burden of debt post-graduation.

 
COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND EXPOSURE
The development of programming that connects young BIPOC students, including those outside of the Fellows coursework, to the Fashion industry at large. Programming includes lectures by industry leaders, panel discussions, and educational fairs.

 
MENTORSHIP WITH INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
The engagement of industry professionals in Design, Merchandising, Technical Design and Publishing to offer sustainable mentor support to all CWC Fellows as they progress from Pre-College through college applications, undergraduate education and into the marketplace.

 
INTERNSHIPS AND APPRENTICESHIPS
The connection of students with employers at the Pre-College and College level for internships to provide relevant experience and connecting them to potential full-time job opportunities.
